Over the weekend Our Family Photographer Nelson met up with one of our previous couples from last May who are expecting a Baby Girl in the near future. (View their Wedding Post from the Church Street Ballroom HERE) Nelson had Melissa & Justin meet them at the Cypress Grove Park  just a little South of Downtown Orlando.  This park is well known as a wedding location however the park makes a perfect backdrop for family photo sessions as well as Maternity Sessions like this one.

For this wedding we headed to the Winter Park area for the beautiful wedding of Charlene and Travis.  Our first stop was J Bauman salon to capture Charlene’s hair and makeup preparations.  We then headed to the Winter Park Presbyterian Church, site of the final preparations and wedding ceremony.  After they exchanged their vows, we took them over to Leu Gardens for some awesome portraits; many great photo ops there!   The reception was also held on Leu Gardens, where Les of Soundwave kept the dance floor alive and the room lit with vibrant color!  We had a great time with Charlene and Travis, and thank them for allowing us to be a part of their special day!

This time we headed to Buena Vista Palace in Orlando for the intimate destination wedding of Melanie and David.  Our couple traveled all of the way from the United Kingdom for their destination wedding; we didn’t even have a chance to meet the couple in person prior to the wedding!  We had a great time meeting them though, captured some great shots, and thank Glynn of Sensational Ceremonies, Ashlie of Weddings in the City, and Atmospheres for their help!

Back on Dec. 2nd we took a drive over to Satellite Beach for the wedding of Kendall & Billal. Kendal started her day at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront Hotel. There she had the talented Jackie Estevez of Hairstyles & Makeup by Jackie do her hair and makeup.  The couple decided to do a first look since they were doing their ceremony just priod to sunset so Billal met us there and we had her surprise him in a nice private location on the backside of the hotel.   From there we head over to the Pelican Beach Clubhouse where the Sunset Beach Ceremony took place and reception.

For this wedding, our couple traveled out of state for their wedding here in Orlando, Florida.  Jill and Tony made their journey all of the way from Wisconsin for their intimate destination wedding.  Their ceremony was held at the gazebo at the wonderful Buena Vista Palace.  Their intimate reception was held at 20Seven, also located at the Buena Vista Palace, with beautiful views of Orlando 27 stories high!  Ashlie from Weddings in the City did a great job putting all of these details together for this destination wedding!  We are so glad to have had the chance to share their long-distance special wedding day!

On November 12th our team also had the opportunity to photograph and capture video for  the wedding of SunJung & Jay. Nelson started with the bride at a hotel in Altamonte and then headed to the beautiful Knowles Chapel on the Rollins Campus.  After the ceremony the couple headed to Downtown Orlando for the wedding Reception which took place at 310 Lakeside.   The cake was provided by our friends over at Cakes by Beth!
